Witnesses described the beings as humanoid creatures with brown skin, large red eyes, and a strong, ammonia-like smell. Some reports suggested that these creatures were captured by local authorities and taken to a military facility. The Brazilian military initially denied any involvement in the incident and dismissed the reports as hoaxes or misidentifications. US Marine Corps Lance Corporal Jonathan Weygandt and his unit were tasked with providing security for a reported downed aircraft. Shortly after their arrival, the Marines were ambushed by personnel from the alleged control group.
Henderson, Nevada - Phoenix, Arizona
History: police from Henderson, NV receive numerous reports about lights in the sky moving in a v-shaped formation at 6:55 pm on March 13. Over the next few hours, the craft is seen by thousands as it travels from Henderson down to Phoenix, AZ. Because the majority of the reports came from Phoenix city residents, the event became known as the Phoenix Lights. Famous actor, Kurt Russell, happened to be flying his private plane during the event.

The Wilson Davis Memo
This memo allegedly recounts a conversation between Dr. Eric Davis, a physicist associated with the National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) and Warp Drive Metrics, and Vice Admiral Thomas R. Wilson, a former Director of the DIA.
In this alleged conversation, Dr. Davis briefed Admiral Wilson on a Special Access Program (SAP) related to recovered UFO technology. The memo suggests that Admiral Wilson attempted to gain access to this program but was denied by a group of individuals who were not under his command.

"Tic-Tac" UFO Encounter
This is the most significant UFO encounter in modern history.
Topgun Squadron Commander CDR. David Fravor (testified under oath to Congress in 2023) and his unit were attached to the USS Nimitz for a training work-up off the coast of California. Upon entering the designated range airspace, he and his squadron captured an ultra-fast-moving "tic-tac" object that out-maneuvered their FA-18F Super Hornets.
Navy flag officer RDML. Tim Gallaudet reported that he received a comprehensive email string via SIPRnet concerning this tic-tac which was immediately wiped from the SIPRnet server 24 hours after the event.
Before the encounter, CDR. Fravor received a briefing, explaining that multiple tic-tacs were reported for weeks and continued to display transmedium capabilities as well as docking with a large spherical object under the ocean surface.
